Each year the Wings of Hope Foundation awards a $10,000.00 Grand Prize at the annual Gala.  The raffle is a primary fund raising tool for the event and aids in availability of funds of contributions and carrying out of the overall Mission.  Shown here is William Samela, Wings of Hope Board Member and Managing Director of Bank of New York awards Paul Silva with the $10,000.00 Grand Prize, drawn at the 2010 Wings of Hope Gala.  A great thanks and congratulations to Paul for his generous donation.
